Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, our return and refund policy below explains your options.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care items (such as foot patches and masks) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to request a return
Email contact.restilux@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as above.
